     Updates:
     The spill was reported to Rockland Sewer District #1 first on April 15 and again on April 16 the District was
        informed that the spill lasted through the night and was continuing Monday morning.
     The New Jersey Dept. of Environmental Protection was also notified.
     Samples of the spill have been collected for testing.
     A manhole on Hillside Avenue has also been pouring sewage on the road (photos below)
